Mr.
Alexander founded The Design Factory, Inc. as Alexander Engineering, in
1990. He specializes in classical mechanical design engineering, and is
especially valued for his creativity in mechanical
design, and his expertise in electronics packaging, sheet metal
design, fixtures and mechanisms. He is a graduate of The Ohio State
University in Mechanical Engineering and is a licensed professional engineer
in the State of Ohio. Mr. Alexander began his career as a US Navy
Submarine Nuclear Power Plant Operator and Mechanic and has held engineering
positions with Lake Shore Cryrotronics, Inc., Cryosystems, Inc., Anomatic
Corporation, and TLA Technology, Inc. He is named
on ten U.S. patents. Mr. Alexander has mentored
high school students through the FIRST Robotics program and has
served as
President of Clintonville, Inc. a 501c3 Non-Profit organization dedicated to
renewing the business districts in Clintonville, a classic
neighborhood in Columbus,
Ohio.
